Frequently asked questions about contacting Queen Enterprise
1. Do I need a floor plan before contacting you?
No. We can start from photos and rough measurements. After that, we arrange a site survey to measure the space properly.
2. Is the first consultation free?
Yes. The first conversation and a rough budget estimate are free. Once the scope is clear, we prepare a detailed quotation for you.
3. Do you work outside Bangkok or outside Thailand?
Yes. We work nationwide in Thailand. For overseas clients, we design remotely through online meetings, and your local contractor builds from our drawings.
4. How fast will you reply?
We usually reply on LINE and by phone during business hours. If you send the form after hours, we will contact you on the next working day.
